"Location and staff are phenomenal. Myself and my friend are young female travelers and we felt safe here. The staff give great tips on the area and are happy to answer questions. Rooms are small and storage space in the bathroom is limited, but who comes to LA to sit around in the hotel? We enjoyed our time here. "

"Worst experience ever on hotels.com We arrived at 12:30am after a 14 hour international flight to a prepaid room. We were told the staff had gone home for the night and they could not provide us with any room as the only staff on property was what seemed to be a singular teenage “security guard”and he was not able to check in guests. We were told the staff member in charge of the front desk and office could not be disturbed and we would be provided no where to stay and no refund. We were stranded with no where to go in the middle of the night. The hotel btw looks nothing like the pictures and seems to be a drugged out homeless hotel. I’m literally thinking of suing the MOTEL def not a hotel. Thankfully im a Hilton member and they were able to find me a room by around 3am our entire next day was ruined hundreds of dollars lost and wasted no refund or apology not to mention im disabled and have a late stage illness the entire thing made me flare from my illness and I spent most of the trip sick. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning. Customer service should be a priority in hospitality, but that was clearly not the case here. The most concerning part happened during checkout. While I briefly stepped out, the cleaning staff entered my room even though my phone and personal belongings were still there charging, clearly indicating the room was still occupied. They threw away the food I had in the room and even took my bottle of alcohol, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, the staff member showed no concern and did not even offer an apology. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or acknowledge the mistake, the situation was handled very poorly. Overall, the lack of respect for guests' belongings and the rude attitude from staff made this a very unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise management to improve their customer service and train staff to respect guests and their property."
