The lady at the front desk (the manager) was highly hostile with me and my friends while we were attempting to check into our hotel. We decided to no longer give our service to this establishment and she refused a full refund and claimed we had booked another place and just wanted our money back. She also accused us of being hostile towards her when all we did was ask genuine questions as we are young and not too experienced with booking hotels.

I had a very frustrating experience here. We waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes just to check out, which is completely unacceptable. The front desk staff was nowhere to be found during that time. When she finally came back, instead of apologizing, she was extremely rude. She even said she saw us waiting on camera—but still chose not to come out and help. That’s incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to customers’ time. Definitely would not recommend this place based on the poor service and lack of basic courtesy.

Well you get what you pay for. Exterior was pretty bad with homeless on the property. The rooms were decent and looked newly renovated. Location was good and there was a McDonald's next door. It was about 10 minutes to Venice beach boardwalk and 15 minutes to Santa Monica Pier.

Really nice place to stay, hidden gem! Only 1.3 miles from Venice Beach. Clean and up to date, good service from the staff, right next to a McDonald's!

Perfect hotel if you are there just to sleep. The staff was super nice and accommodating. My only issue was an odd smell that fortunately went away after opening the window. Other than that, affordable and only a 30 minute walk to Venice beach.

The room was well furnished, roomy, and clean. The front desk was also very helpful. The only problem I had with the experience was that the room had bed bugs; an unfortunate and surprising circumstance considering how satisfactory the room was.

1.5/5 stars It was the worst hotel I think I ever stayed in lol. Whatever renderings they have on the website— ignore. Look at photos on Google Maps. The moment I pulled in, they were having the 4 spots they call a parking lot resurfaced so I had to park in the middle of the driveway & go get a key to let me into the parking garage. It’s the creepiest parking garage you’ll ever experience and there was no other cars so I assume I was the only person staying at this hotel. The front desk manager wasn’t too helpful either, not very friendly. Luckily I only had to spend a couple hours to get ready and then go to dinner, and then got home late and went to bed and woke up and got ready and checked out… so total time was roughly 4 hours total in the hotel, but that was enough. The room smelled funny, there was makeup on the wall, sticky residue on the nightstand. The air-conditioning worked great and I distracted myself from the abysmal accommodations by watching a movie. TV & AC were the ONLY positives. Traffic noise is pretty loud from Lincoln Boulevard, but that was the least of the worries. Everything from the toilet handle almost breaking off, to stains on the shower curtain and holes in the blanket made me feel like 1.5/5 stars is being generous. Pay an extra $50 more & go stay at a chain hotel or next door… oof.

Very rude staff member at reception upon our arrival. We tried to use the water dispenser in the reception and before we figured out it was broke the lady at reception shouted ‘there is no water’. I then asked her if we could drink the tap water in the room to which she responded with ‘if you like’, followed by a sarcastic smirk. She was also very blunt when handling our check in. Apart from that room was nice and did the job and the location was decent.
