"Close to airport, clean, friendly staff."

"Ice maker machine not working at all. The parking lot is expensive ($20 daily ) and there is no security in the parking. The entire hotel smells like smoke from inside out and no shampoo or bathroom soap available. Not recommended for more than 2 days staying in."

"The staff at check-in were very polite and welcoming. I appreciate a hotel that still has an ice machine and Doubletree has them available. I liked their small gift shop area for snacks and drinks. Their on-site bar is always a must stop during our stay. The bartender is always friendly even when it gets busy. She makes a good rum and coke. The room was clean and bed is very comfortable. The hallways on the 7th floor smelled so good. I highly recommend a stay at this Doubletree by LAX and don't forget yiur cookie."

"Property seems very outdated and less amenities compared to standards of Hilton. The airport shuttle is very helpful. TV condition is good. Youtube accessible. But the washroom and air conditioning needs improvement. Beds are comfy. Elevators and door lock systems are very old and seem unreliable."

"My pillow covers all had stains. There was a spill housekeeping never mopped up from before we checked into our room. There was a chocolate stain on my bed spreads. And had a nasty hair all over it. Shower floor was sticky hair all over. "
