There was no air-conditioning which was unbearable! the fridge freezer in the utility room did not work and we had to throw away around 100's worth of food. The property sleeps 11 yet the inside table only has 6 chairs and the outside table only has 8. again this property sleeps 11 people yet only 4 sunbeds around the pool. Why have a TV if the picture constantly pixelates - this is a basic requirement for a TV to have a stable picture when in use
