“We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so……

Solo le pondría un pero, se oye un poco entre habitaciones y tuve la mala suerte de que alguien que fumaba se olía en todo el pasillo. El desayuno bueno, faltaron huevos con beicon. ”

“The accommodations were fine as not much time is spent there anyway. A couple of issues with staff. I enquired 3 times with the hotel regarding late night check in and did not receive any helpful answers. So arriving after midnight to find the front door secured was concerning. We had to walk to a Hotel down the block with a similar name and fortunately we did get checked in. In addition the staff were not knowledgeable regarding how to get to and from the beach which was close, but not……

“Parents stayed for three days and found it very comfortable! Everything was brand new, and nice. Good location but just note, bring your own tea and coffee for the mornings.”

“The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to all the major sites like the cathedral and Lonja de Seda. The room was immaculately clean and quite spacious, especially for a boutique hotel. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I loved the rainfall shower with constantly hot water. My only complaint was that we had a street facing room, so it was quite noisy throughout the night. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Small price to pay for all the other great things!”

“Simple and comfortable hotel with everything you'll need. 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. Booked this place for a stop-over since we're driving to the south the next day. Best thing is that the hotel is right next to the shopping mall Bonaire (3 mins on foot). Loads of shops, restaurants, a big supermarket etc. Good place to spend an afternoon and take a rest.”

“Nos quedamos en este hotel por motivo del maratón de Valencia. Está a 15 minutos caminando de la salida y meta, un centro comercial a 5 minutos y muchas opciones para comer. El transporte público está muy cerca y fue fácil también conseguir lugar de parking. Lo recomiendo mucho. ”
