"It was hard to find anybody to help check in or to report problems. No one answered the phone numbers listed on the sign or written on the white board at the front door. (Voicemail was full and therefore i couldn't leave a message. ) When I could find someone to talk to, they were friendly and helpful, but did not look professional (they dressed in pajamas or no shirts).
