We had a wonderful week at the Boathouse Cottage. The location could not have been better. You are a 2 minute walk away from a secluded cove on the Bay of Funny (Kelly's Cove) with so much to explore at low tide. Room was ok but it is old and shows its age. Checkin was easy. Parking is shared with a Cannibis shop and was quite icy under foot. Has a working elevator which is a big plus with luggage and artificial joints.

The apartment was very clean, with comfortable furnishings. The fenced yard was a big bonus for our small dog and the hot tub was a nice experience for the adults and the 9 yr old. Beautiful water view. There is electric heating in all the rooms but it was VERY windy which created a cold draft.
