「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...

「We (me,my husband and our adult daughter) stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to do what little cooking we did. The balcony had a small table and 2 chairs (on the quiet side of the building)which was perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of touring. The host responded quickly with any questions we had. We did not have a car nor did we use the gym/terrace so cannot comment on that. Wifi and TV worked fine. The...

「Lovely little apartment and we had a great time. It is right beside a main road, which was great for getting around, but did make for some tossing and turning for the lightest sleeper in our family. Everything else was awesome though and I would definitely return and recommend. Thanks!」

「We absolutely loved this place. It was a short walk to old Quebec. The place was clean and very modern. There is a supermarket very close as well which we found very convenient to grab breakfast foods and snacks. We would stay here again!」

People were friendly. Easy access to funicular for travel Between uptown and downtown! Although walk down was much easier than walk up if you want to try! Host was awesome, Pierre was perfect! 」

「Great place, perfect size for our family. Walking distance to Old Quebec (like 15-20min). Smaller grocery store across the street. Great cafe below property. Communication with owner was always prompt. 」
