“Great room with views of both the ocean and city. Love that there’s a full kitchen with appliances, cutlery, and tableware. The Host was great and very easy to communicate with. The building staff and security are very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The location is extremely convenient. This is definitely one of the better places I’ve stayed in. 10/10 recommend”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
