Did not have a chance to try breakfast, as I left very early. Rooms are basic and clean. AC was weak in our room and took time to cool room. No AC in common areas. The staff was OK, not particularly friendly. Not mean or uncaring, just OK. You have to call them if you need to go out so they open the electric lock. I got the sense they felt I was bothering them every time I had to go outside or come in. The "gym" area is a joke, and so is the rundown hammock area in the back. Would I stay again? Maybe. I was out the hotel and inside the airport in under 5 minutes walking. If you're absolutely worried about missing your flight, this is the place to stay. The area seems safe, there are places to eat around the corner.

Air conditioning working properly, lukewarm shower which is ok for me, Netflix in our room, comfortable mattress, good breakfast. Everything is close to the hotel (less than 10 minutes walk): plenty for restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries, groceries, beach, airport. Despite the hotel next to airport, I didn’t hear any noise from the planes flying. The only thing that I would like in my hotel room is a blanket to sleep and a few hangers in my closet.

The hosts were nice and the room was clean and the breakfasts were delicious. My only complaints were the owner’s barking dogs (and I am a dog lover) but they were right outside my room barking for some time at night. Also, the swinging doors to the kitchen (which was next to my room) were very loud anytime anyone went in or out. But for the price, it was good value for the money.

Great! For our flight to Cartagena, my husband and I decided to stay at Oresca Hostel because it was close to the airport. We liked the place so much, we booked it again when it was time to leave Cartagena. It was then that we met the young owner of Oresca, Ricardo G. Stand, who just happens to be a wonderful young man. The following morning, long before anyone else was awake, Ricardo was there with take-away breakfasts in hand. While my husband and I demanded to carry our own backpacks, Ricardo walked us to the airport, just a 10 minute stroll away. On another note: Don’t worry about being too close to the airport. During our time there we saw and heard very few planes.

A small mixup upon arrival doing to Expedia not having their new address. I walked to the old one. It took a bit but Ricardo and Mari were very gracious and kind. They are excellent hosts and their staff for breakfast was very kind and polite. It is a simple room but for the price it was very good. I would recommend. Walking distance from the airport! Thank you for a short but very nice stay.

We arrived at 11pm and the lady was very nice with us and asked us questions about my reservation I gave her all the info and she gave us our room but then she started talking to a manager or administrator and he told the lady that we need to pay more for my son of 13 I told her why ? because I already pay on the en for the extra person already She gave us our room and right when we were getting ready to shower about 1130 the lady went back again and told us that we cannot stay in a queen bed room because manager or administrator said that it will be another $8,50 even though I paid already online She said nop , all 3 of us ( my self, my daughter and my son 13 can damage the bed or damaged the mattress. Wow !!! Never heard something like that so we had to pay again the $8.50 and pick up all of things and moved to a bigger room Lady was nice but the manager or admin was terrible On top of that contact info in expían is wrong
