“My experience: despite my approved reservation, when we tried to get the entry code for the studio it was impossible. After 4 messages to the host and 4 calls to customer service telling us: ''that they were sending messages to the host and not to worry'', we were never able to contact the host and receive the entry code for the studio as well as the necessary information to get there. We had to spend 12 hours at the airport and never had access to our studio rented 1 month in advance.……

“This place is terrible, it’s dirty, I found a dead roach in my room and the worst thing when I got there I didn’t have electricity everywhere in that place and I was the one they told to play with those breakers, one of the toilets didn’t flush, hot water wasn’t stable sometimes it’s hot hot and sometimes it’s cold, furnitures old etc… I do not recommend this place at all to anyone! ”
