「This was in a good location and the managers were wonderful but I don’t recommend. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also the Hotels.com advertising was incorrect. No spa no airport transfer.」

「Property is on a great location only issue was both bridges connecting the hotel to the beach were destroyed at time of visit requiring all guests to take shuttle. Additionally for a five star resort I would have expected the basics: continuous pool service from the bar w out need to go to the bar or flagging someone down.
