“I recently spent my last two days of holiday at this property, and I regret to say that it was a frustrating experience. I initially booked for three people, but since one of my sons stayed with his friend, it was just my other son and me who arrived close to midnight. Upon arrival, to my dismay, I found there was no water in the fridge, and with the unbearable heat outside, this was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the towels and bedding were old and of poor quality, definitely not what I……

“We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, Triana is a very interesting and charming neighborhood. Be aware that this is across the river from the Old Center. It is a pleasant walk but something to consider. Not crazy about the bed being tight against the wall, maybe move the night stand to the other side so there is room for both people to get in bed. Limited outlets for electronics-I travel with a small "powerstrip" for just this reason.”

“So disappointing! Would not do it again with this company. The location in Seville Triana neighborhood is terrific and close to a market with lots of restaurants. BUT the place needs basic maintenance and to be deep cleaned. Nasty is a word that comes to mind. The host did not respond to our ask for two more towels and to get the TV working. We had two skimpy towels for our six days and no kitchen towels. The Property Manager suggested we buy our own towels!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The property is very much as pictured in the photos. Rooms are relatively large and comfortable. Location is excellent-a 5 min walk across the bridge to the historic district and another 5 min to the cathedral. We walked everywhere. Our check in was a minor issue as the weather was bad and we were stuck on the rain waiting for the hosts rep to arrive-but that wasn’t his fault. “At first I thought the property was out of the way but it was just far away from the bustle to make it easy to get everywhere and be a bit out of the fray which meant ease in parking when I rented a car. A friend stayed with me for two days and was like goldilocks because one of the beds in the 3 bedrooms squeeked and was very uncomfortable so she settled into the third room which was just right. The property is run by a management company so you are not always texting with the same person but……
