  • Fully renovated two-bedroom apartment on the second floor with balconies facing the street and located in a central but quiet area of ​​the Triana neighborhood. The atmosphere is very pleasant and its proximity to the center makes it a unique space where you can rest and get to know the city. The apartment has a perfect capacity for 8 people, since it has a room with a double bed, a second room with a bunk bed with three beds, a double sofa bed and a single folding bed.
    The kitchen is composed of a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware and utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and towels. The apartment also has a flat screen TV, hot/cold air conditioning and WIFI connection.

Great location, close to great restaurants ( take a right once you exit the apartment) and ceramic stores for ceramic art from Sevilla. The apartment is really comfortable and nice.

Great apartment in the heart of the Triana district with easy walking to all the old city attractions and lots of restaurants. Great communication with host. Italian style coffee pot. Try the local flamenco show at the theater in triana-it was great. 21 bus takes you from train station right to triana bridge and it’s only 3 blocks from bridge.

We had a wonderful time in Sevilla and Rosa responded quickly when we had questions about the laundry machine and the entrance doors. Would love to stay again.

I recently spent my last two days of holiday at this property, and I regret to say that it was a frustrating experience. I initially booked for three people, but since one of my sons stayed with his friend, it was just my other son and me who arrived close to midnight. Upon arrival, to my dismay, I found there was no water in the fridge, and with the unbearable heat outside, this was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the towels and bedding were old and of poor quality, definitely not what I expected. I also faced issues in the kitchen. There were no basic cooking essentials like salt or oil, and to make matters worse, I noticed an army of ants scurrying around. I reached out to the agent with a video showing that there was no food in the kitchen, as she claimed there "should not be any food." Unfortunately, after sending this evidence, she went silent. The situation escalated the next day when, at around 10:40 AM, a rude and angry man showed up at the door, demanding that we leave. I tried to explain that it wasn't even 11 yet and that we had been kept awake by noisy neighbors all night. Instead of understanding, he was aggressive and even harshly reprimanded his little boy who was playing nearby. I had to call the agent again to explain that we needed time to gather our things as it wasn't 11 , but it felt like an unnecessary hassle. Overall, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I urge anyone considering staying here to think twice and do your research.

The communication and location was great. Rosa was very responsive. However, the apartment is in need of care. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom (Rosa offered to take care of it). The bathroom in particular needs some deep cleaning. The shower doors have mold in them and do not open or shut easily.

Great apartment in an awesome neighborhood

We loved everything about this neighborhood that is within walking distance from the heart of Sevilla. The building was easy to access and we had no issues, the only down side is that there is only 1 bathroom and with 7 people, this wasn't optimal. We had to stagger the shower schedule to ensure that everyone had hot water. But we knew this coming in and made it work.
