"Loved the location and the ambiance. The staff was super nice - and a fun bar with great pizza (we eventually maxed out on New Mexican cuisine). Lovely restaurant upstairs with very good food."

"This hotel sits on a very lovely piece of real estate overlooking Santa Fe. It has some historic touch to it in the decorations. My room was spacious, and quiet. I hardly heard any traffic noise at all while I was there. The price is very good, but I’m a little bit puzzled as to why I’m paying a resort fee when it’s not really a resort. I wish they would leave glasses for drinking water in the rooms. I felt a little bit nervous that I might slip in the shower."

"The property is beautiful. If you have a vehicle you must use the valet service which can result in added expense of tipping them every time you want to go somewhere. The room was very nice, Bed and bedding were comfortable and best of all, it was quiet. I loved going out on the balcony in the evening to enjoy the weather and stars. The balcony was attached to two others but fortunately, we were always alone out there. If you want to sleep late you may miss the opportunity for housekeeping to clean your room and then you are out of luck. They will, however, provide fresh towels and empty trash upon request. The bathroom is small which isn't necessarily a problem but there is no light in the shower, it is like being in a cave when the curtain is drawn. There is very, very little counter space by the sink to place toiletries in use. Overall, a very satisfying experience."

"Ample parking, and close to downtown Santa Fe( 10-15 minutes). Staff was friendly and helpful. Please note this is a pet friendly hotel and there are only a handful of rooms that don’t allow pets. If you have allergies, this is not the place for you. The breakfast was minimal, bagels, cereal and awful breakfast burritos. The breakfast room was hot and dirty. Stained furniture and floors. Small lobby and gym available. No type of outdoor seating. The entire hotel has a smell to it.. not sure if it’s dog or musty. Lots of air fresheners to mask the scent. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. ( in our room anyway, which was “ the deluxe king, no pets) definitely a budget motel. I didn’t hear noise from our neighbors, but you can hear everyone coming down the hall."

"Great location, the rooftop bar pool and hot tub w the views was unsurpassed! Valet parking was super fast too There should be an option to opt out of the cost of the free breakfast and dinner+drinks as it’s all included and we had no interest as we had plans elsewhere. The option to opt out of the daily maid service was also great, good for the environment and staff would bring towels, etc anytime!"
