“La habitación estaba limpia y en buen estado, exactamente a lado de la plaza del artista, lo cual nos fascinó. Muchísimas tiendas, bares, restaurantes y lugares de interés alrededor. No interactúas con nadie del personal y el conserje tarda un poco de tiempo en contestar. Aunque fueron muy claros desde el principio al decir que no se trataba de un hotel. Fue confuso al principio encontrar los departamentos, una vez encontrados todo fue perfecto. ”

“J'ai été harceler de message par checkmygest, avant et pendant les séjours,parfois en anglais , parfois en français. En revanche, après, plus de messages...J'ai appelé à plusieurs numéros et envoyé un m message sur le WhatsApp avec lequel il mon contacté. Je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai oublié un médicament dans le frigo avec plein réfrigérateur, je n'ai eu aucun retour à mes messages. La location est beaucoup dans le paraître, il y a des couverts, des assiettes mais pas de table pour manger ! ……

“Apartment is very tired and could do with updating. One plug socket is coming away from the wall. Bathroom is very old with cracked tiles and stains. 2 of the 4 pillows were completely stained and unusable. There aren't enough plug sockets. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and could be amazing with some updating. Other than the pillows it was clean. Good busy location”

“The room was clean. The amenities were super useful. The staff was in contact to check if everything was ok. Great location! Groceries stores, cafes, shops and restaurants in the area,”

“Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. Property itself was very damp, so likely contributed to the mold growth. Also found some areas a bit dusty, dirty, or just not……

“Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was……

“I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.”

Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam gegenüber den Bedürfnissen seiner Gäste und die Kommunikation während des gesamten Aufenthalts war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist von einer wunderschönen Landschaft umgeben und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht zu erreichen.”
