“Nice and clean. ”

“I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we……

“We enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is good, the room is spacious, cozy and with a lovely sea-view.The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment/ surrounding is nice. We tried the restaurant ~ Safran at night, the food and environment is quite good. But if you decided to walk to the hotel fm train station, remember to follow the blue line on the ground to the left, you can access to the lift easily. Besides, there are around tens steps to get access to the lobby fm the main door,……

“Our concern has to be raised regarding our stay on 23 June 2026, during which we booked two Superior Rooms (317 and 319) and one Standard Room (310) for a group of 6 travellers. Despite paying 16% more for the Superior category, both Superior Rooms were smaller than the Standard Room and had poor views facing the opposite building’s wall. In contrast, the Standard Room was more spacious and offered an open view. This does not align with the expected higher grade implied by the “Superior”……

“This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge……

“Very friendly hotel staff, view is magnificent! The only downside is the noise from the traffic if open the window.”

“職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。”

“Take bus #204 from the train station for only few mins.Speedy check in with friendly staff. Facilities with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet is only breads and pastries without hot foods is a bit disappointed. Overall service is excellent.”
