“Nice quiet roadside inn, front desk was friendly and room was clean”

“It was ok. There was a roach leg in the restroom”

“My sister and I stayed here for the Round Top Antiques Fall show. I did now know it was under renovation. We ended up in the only room left with 2 beds so was an accessible room. Very old and outdated. Carpet made my socks brown. Electrical outlets in the bathroom stopped working. Bathroom floor extremely slippery. Electrical cord on hairdryer was literally melted — and still up and plugged in! For the money we spent I was extremely disappointed. And the included breakfast gets about a 2 on a……

“The property offers and delivers a charming atmosphere. It is a peaceful serene place that says “relax”. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and taking in the view of the small lake while enjoying the sounds of nature. The cottage is well maintained and we didn’t lack anything. It’s a great place to getaway. The hosts were terrific!!! We just can’t say enough about how we enjoyed our stay.”

“Amazing place! Clean, comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities you could need. The area has lots to offer too.Fully recommend”

“This was a very special property--a charming cottage that feels newly constructed. You can tell the owner designed and decorated the interior with intention. It is on a beautiful, picturesque piece of land and the inside is spacious and cozy. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to Round Top! There is no kitchen--just a mini fridge and coffee maker--would have loved some utensils and a few minimal kitchen essentials for having breakfast in the morning, etc. but overall such a wonderful stay, and……

“We always LOVE staying here, Mary is always so welcoming and accommodating. The home is beautiful and feels like our home away from home. The hot tub and patios wrap around are perfect throughout the day.”

“PERFECT!!!!! Everything is perfect here”

“Awesome house, great communication. Book here for a fun escape to the country!”

“I needed to travel to the are for a quick trip at the last minute. The staff was very friendly and helpful . I was very tired and they made some area suggestions. Also helped when I was so tired I was completely missing directions for the wifi that were very obvious. The place is very new amd I don't think anyone had ever slept in the room. Mattress was comfortable and ac worked well.”

“Great nights sleep”

“The hotel was nice. I wish the breakfast would have had more of a selection of hot breakfast.”
