「We had 5 adults and children under 5 at this weekend stay. The house was large enough to accommodate all of us. Having children that young comes with some tears and despite being in the same house we didn’t hear it in other parts of the house. Also I was worried about parking because I didn’t see an area to park in the pictures but there was plenty of street parking. 「Perfectly located by beach and bay. Market, food, and nightlife all within walking distance. I was a little worried about the size but it was perfect and I have some big boys. All of the toys and amenities were a hit and my teens are already trying to book the next stay. Lots of upgrades made not in photos. Excellent host. 」

「We booked this family loft for a short getaway. The owner responded quickly to all requests and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Our only issue if you could even call it that was that the street noise was really Loud when we had the windows open but that is to be expected in a beach town. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely back here again.」

"The experience was terrible, with tons of random extra fees, including a mandatory destination fee of $30 per day. ( A nightly resort fee of $33.84 has already been charged. ) During check-out, I was just a bit confused and asked the front desk why this fee was charged since it wasn’t mentioned during check-in or listed on the Expedia invoice. The African-American woman at the front desk was incredibly impatient and had a terrible attitude, making me feel like she was ready to hit me if someone hadn’t stopped her. If you have such a bad temper, why are you working in customer service? Why not just go somewhere you can act like a boss? Her communication skills were awful; she couldn’t explain properly and just kept repeating one sentence: “I’m just an employee, I don’t know.” If you don’t know, then find out—that’s your job! Another customer checking out managed to explain it to me more clearly than she did. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room only provided two bottles of water per day, and asking for even one extra bottle incurred a charge. The front desk staff just directed me to buy the $8 bottled water in the room. There were no slippers provided either. It’s clear this hotel is promoted heavily on Expedia through paid ads. Absolute garbage hotel."
