“Todo agradable ,las instalaciones muy limpias”

“Staff was very polite and very attentive.”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful, but spoke little English. Very quaint traditional Mexican decor, clean rooms & bottled drinking water provided. Perfect location in Tlaquepaque to visit Juarez & Independencia street shops, museums & galleries (walking distance). Hot made to order breakfast every morning. Only negative was that it took about 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower every morning.”

“We arrived really early in the morning. Transportation was waiting for us at the airport. We arrived at the hotel and were able to check in. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious (especially the juice), we had dinner at the hotel and they had GF pasta, service was 10/10! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.”

“Hotel is super close to a popular area of Tlaquepaque. Property is clean and safe. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room was very nice, comfortable with little to no noise pollution.”

“I came here with my mom for the weekend and we absolutely LOVED the hotel. Every detail on the property was stunning. It’s so close to the center of the pueblo, and very walkable. The owners of the hotel were also lovely. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Mexico!”

“Stayed for a night, it was perfect. Met all our needs. Had a nice traditional and warm feeling upon arrival.”

“Nice family always willing to help.”

“Exelent Hotel Emperador in Downtown Guadalajara I would just make a minor change in the rooms, at least in the room # 32 that i stayed in, and that would be to add a mid size table with 2 chairs, one on each side of the table, to use it to dine in the room and also use as desk at the same time.”

“My wife and I stayed for one night only. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was very active as locals and tourists were watching the world cup Overall are stay here was pleasant”
