“Wir wurden 14 Tage vor Abflug informiert, dass unser Appartement storniert wurde. Alternativ wurde uns ein anderes Appartement von AinB Appartements angeboten. Das war ok für uns. Dieses Appartement war von der Sauberkeit relativ in Ordnung, allerdings wirklich in einem sehr sehr abgewohnten renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Klotür war absolut nicht zu schließen (10cm mussten offen bleiben da sie völlig aufgequollen und verzogen war), was sehr unangenehm für uns war. Der Türrahmen war völlig……

“入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂”

“This hotel didn't look like what I had seen on the picture! The room is small, the bed is not comfortable at all, the sheet had a bad smell, and the water for showering became very cold frequently. The dinner we had on the first floor in the hotel was really terrible! The beef has bad smell and is hard to bite. However, the room is clean, which is the only thing that comfort me after a exhausting day.”
