“Wonderful resort A ”

“Sehr schön gelegene Anlage mit tollem Garten und Strand. Servicemitarbeitende waren außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Beim Dinner im Hotelrestaurant sind Preis und Leistung aus unserer Sicht unangemessen. Wir haben in der Umgebung eine deutlich bessere gehobene Küche angeboten bekommen. Leider gab es am Strand keinen Essens- bzw. Getränkeservice. Es war jedoch möglich selbst zur Poolbar zu gehen und sich dort Getränke zu holen.”

“The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given.”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“This hotel was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our room and the hotel in general were very clean and comfortable. We had a room with a sea view and it was breathtaking. Also, we ate at the Blú restaurant and the food was delicious each time. We would definitely recommend Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel and hope to stay again in the future.”

“Sadly we stayed only one night. Front desk upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. Room was large with a king bed and an extra sitting area/room. Breakfast was included and was excellent in a beautiful setting and a beautiful view. Very nice hotel and would highly recommend.”
