「The hotel and casino property is well taken care of. The staff and service was very terrible at almost every turn. The bar service at the willows pool was absolutely the worst. An hour for food, took the bar tender 1.5 hours to make 2 margaritas. Came back multiple times to check on them. The Ginger Noodle was an almost 2 hour wait from bringing to getting food to go. Food sat on the counter under no heat lamp. Dinner with friends at Long baron (party of 11) we got our dinner before I was served...
