“The interior was well appointed, comfortable and clean. It had a wonderful fenced yard for our dog.”

“Well maintained; Owner was responsive when we had questions. When the coffee maker didn't work, a new one was delivered the same day! Very convienient to Starved Rock, Buffalo Rock and Matthiessen State Parks. Enjoyed the fire pit out back in the private yard.”

“My family and I stayed in the Frances suite. It is very nicely finished, super clean and spacious. The kitchen has all the essentials. We love its location in downtown Utica and right above a coffee shop!”

“Utica is a super cute, comfy vibe little town. The Mill Street loft #2 is right in the heart of the downtown. Parking is ample and a short walk to the loft. Everything is as pictured. The decor is top notch. And a cozy vibe. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Just to note, there are quite of a bit of stairs to get to the loft upstairs. We heard a little noise from the Main Street but by 10:00 PM on a Saturday night, it was very quiet. Good communication with the host. I highly recommend……

“We really enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and well stocked, there were even amenities for our pups like bowls, pick up bags, treats and toys! It's so hard to find a property that takes larger dogs, but this was not a problem here. The fenced yard was perfect for late night let outs and running around. The location is perfect for accessing Starved Rock and Mathiessen state parks with a very useful write up of different hikes at Starved Rock provided in our welcome materials.……

“This was a beautiful bungalow That had everything I needed And was also dog friendly. The location was on a busy street but it wasn't Off putting. It was a short drive to the state park and an easy walk into downtown for restaurants It was nice to have a garage to park in and there was a back deck to hang out on. The beds were comfortable And I appreciated The welcome note And the treats and supplies for my dog.”
