Welcome to this comfortable, family-friendly home in the El Centenario neighborhood, just steps from a calm beach and approximately 15 minutes from downtown La Paz and the international airport. Its location makes it a convenient and relaxed base for exploring the area while enjoying a quieter coastal setting.
The Home
The main floor features a bright, open layout filled with natural light—ideal for spending time together. The living area offers a spacious sofa with plush cushions, creating a comfortable spot to relax after a day out.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home, and the dining table is perfect for enjoying them together. A breakfast bar with stools provides a casual spot for quick bites or laptop use. Outside, the backyard patio includes a BBQ and outdoor seating, making it easy to cook and gather in the fresh air.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged across two levels:
• Ground-floor bedroom: Two queen beds.
• Upper-level bedroom: One queen bed with access to a private balcony overlooking the bay—an inviting spot for morning coffee or quiet moments.
* Both bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, wall-mounted TVs, and ample closet space. Each floor has its own bathroom, adding convenience for families or groups.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a very calm area called El Centenario, offering beautiful beachfront views. Just a short 10-minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón. There you’ll find restaurants, shops and the ocean. Recommended beaches are Coromuel Beach and Playa el Tesoro, and our recommended restaurants are Vrentino, Oliva al Mare, and Harker Board CO.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 10 km | 6 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 199 km | 124 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD). If you are arriving by car, there’s parking in the driveway.

Before you book, please take a moment to review this info to ensure a great stay:
- We encourage all guests to use water and electricity mindfully, as these resources can sometimes be limited in the city. In the rare event of any service disruption, we always work to resolve it as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth stay.
- You must be 21 or older to book.
- We’ll ask you to sign a Rental Agreement once you confirm your booking.
- Only the guests listed in your reservation can stay with us.
- You might need to show an ID when you check in or during your stay.
- If not booking via ABB we will ask for a temporary security deposit, released after your check-out.
- The home has stairs, it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- For stays 28 nights or longer, electricity isn’t included.
- No smoking inside, and no drugs or illegal stuff — breaking this will cost a $300 fine.
- Please no parties or loud noise after 10 pm, so we keep the neighborhood peaceful.
- Need extra cleaning? Just ask — it’s available for a small fee.
- You’re responsible for any damages during your stay.
- No pets allowed, sorry.
- Gas isn’t included for the BBQ. Feel free to use any gas left in the tank. If not the grill can also be used with charcoal (not provided).
- There are exterior surveillance cameras at the property facing common areas and public spaces only. They are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety.
- Electricity cuts are not common but might occur during your stay, these are temporary outages beyond our control.
- We don't provide any streaming credentials; you can use your own.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay and exclusive access to the home. We’re available seven days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.
