Location was great! Only a few minutes outside the Malecón area. Clean and clear beach access. The property is newly updated on the outside with a lovely deck over the beach. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept and cleaned very day. Beautiful views and nice amenities!

The room was clean but they I did see some cockroaches.. the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar by the pool was good and the waiters were friendly except the guy that was giving out the towels on Wednesday the first day I got there, he seemed unhappy with his job..

The hotel itself was pleasant, with a clean room and wonderful staff. The hotel’s restaurant is a great spot, offering delicious food with a beautiful view of the water. However, the pillows and beds could use an update or a change of bedding. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and bed linens lol

La concha has one of the best views , i loved the beach that is right in front of the hotel, there is no waves , it’s like a big pool, water is so clean and sand is smooth , we had breakfast , it was delicious, the pool is not well maintained, and rooms are tiny , beds uncomfortable , bathroom are dirty,.. .. I loved the beach , it was the best part , food and drinks were great
