We had a great time here. Lovely, quiet hotel. Everyone was so friendly. Our room was great. Beautiful view. Breakfast was included, and delicious. We had the beef tacos for dinner 2 times, delicious. Good drinks too. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is amazing. Rooms was nice. Clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. My only complaint was the wifi signal was very weak. I could only access anything from the lobby... so that was a little frustrating. But all around a good stay

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it was perfect! The location and the rooms are very calms (you cannot hear your neighbours). The dishes in the restaurant are very good and local. The view is amazing with a sunset everyday. A good place to chill

The staff was good, check in went great, view from the room was fantastic The resort is dated, we were on the 4th floor and the elevator broke on the 1st day, my wife had recent knee surgery and the next 5 days had to walk up and down 108 stairs There was very spotty internet, didn’t work almost the whole stay, wouldn’t access sny electronic device or work Place is in a good spot but is in need of some repairs/upgrades, remodel for the price we paid

The staff was so kind, flexible & accommodating! We traveled with a 15m old baby and it was so nice. Breakfast options were good, both pools are family friendly. Room service to your room, cleaning ladies were awesome. Would definitely stay again. Around 15 minute drive to the malecon.

Overall, the hotel was in a great location. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, and everything was always spotless. The bellboys and the restaurant staff were also wonderful, always friendly and attentive. However, there are two areas of opportunity. The first is the WiFi, which could be improved for a better guest experience. The second is the front desk staff. On several occasions, the two young ladies at reception seemed distracted and disengaged. There were multiple times I walked in, greeted them, and received no acknowledgment or only a brief “hello” without any eye contact. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A bit more attentiveness and genuine hospitality from the reception team would make a big difference.

The breakfast that was included was awesome. The restaurant manager is so attentive and nice to everyone. Great service!! He needs a raise. The views are amazing and the jacuzzi suite are great. There was hot water not sure why others say no. I would stay here again.
