“We had some really relaxing days in the well equipped and clean house with enough space for our family. Days went by at the beach or just reading a book at the pool or hiking through the nearby Macchia - it‘s definitely worth a visit! The small town Stintino still preserves Italian life. Best pizza at the Regatta Bar - children loved it!We surely come again!”

“Fantastic location for a relaxing few days. Fabiola was really helpful organising transfers to the port and checking on boat trips etc. The accommodation was simple but had everything we needed. Restaurant next door was delicious and friendly staff. Choice of local small beaches, or get the €1 bus to pelosa or the beaches by stintino. Can’t wait to go back again!”

“Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren mit 7 Personen und 3 Hunden dort. Pool ist sauber und angenehm. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Meer. Parkplatz dort kein Problem.Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.”

“Wir (Familien mit 2 Kinder 107)waren 1 Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist super Ruhig, ca 10 Autominuten vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Häuschen hat zwei große Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem frisch renovierten Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, zwei überdachte Terrassen mit einem Grillplatz. Am Pool gibt es 4 liegen !!!!! Die Vermieterin kann nur italienisch aber mit Google Übersetzer klappt die Kommunikation super ! Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren. Wir würden das……

“L'appartamento è funzionale, così come il luogo in cui è ubicato. Il minimarket sotto casa è fantastico. A pochissima distanza ci sono diverse calette molto carine e non affollate. Patrizia, la referente sul posto, è precisa e affidabile, si prodiga per ogni richiesta. Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni molto belli.”

“Unterkunft an sich top in Ordnung, sehr sauber, Ausstattung mit Pool und A/C gut, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das empfanden wir nicht als Problem. Leider ist die Unterkunft Teil einer riesigen, Anfang Oktober praktisch komplett ausgestorbenen Anlage ohne jegliche Infrastruktur. ALLES war geschlossen, zum Einkauf 8km mit dem Auto nach Stintino, ebenso zum Essen. ”

Tout y est PARFAIT ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.”

“Wir haben die Zeit im Haus sehr genossen. Das Grundstück ist gross und komplett umzäunt. Perfekt für mit Hund. Zum Strandausblick keine 5 Minuten, der abstieg zum strand ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Das Haus ist gross, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Top zum Entspannen und Genießen ”
