“From the time of booking Katie had reached out to let us know exactly where we would be going when we arrived and made our entire stay so enjoyable! She recommended we try to catch the mind blowing Northern Lights and had her sister deliver the most delicious “welcome ice cream”! They recommended some hikes we had not done other times in the area as well! The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything you would need including firewood and in a great location!! The address is Ashland……

“We stayed here last July for my 40th as we wanted to be close to Madeline Island, but not camp. The main drawback was the list of restrictions. The red tape is I’m sure to avoid party goers, but it was a little bit of a turn off. Fortunately I asked the owners if it was ok to have my parents over for a fire abiding by the time limits posted and they ok’d it. Outside of that it was a great little place for my husband and I and our two kids (aged 1.5 and 10) to have dinner, sleep, have a camp fire……

“This is an adorable cottage with amazing views of the Siskiwit Bay. Erin was so accommodating & easy to communicate with. We hiked the Meyers Beach trail to the sea caves which exceeded our expectations. Views were spectacular without leaves on the trees. Beach combing was also amazing with how warm the temps were (unfortunately, that is probably due to climate change) but truly a wonderful Fall week on the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. “Beautiful landscaping, amenities, and comfort. Every detail covered including kitchen spices, makeup remover, q tips, bathroom sprays, games, and more. We were very comfortable and the views out of all the windows were amazing. We rented both cabins and though the Rock Cabin Cottage had more sleeping space for our family, the Main Cottage was more luxurious with the deck, furniture, propane fire pit, and patio lights. The only consideration I would recommend someone giving some thought to is……

“The beach on this property is amazing and cannot be beat! We spent hours enjoying the beautiful view and nice sand. The house is a manufactured home, but it was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. It also has a large yard and two fire pits (one at the beach) to enjoy. The outdoor shower was a fun perk as well. I would definitely book it again.”

“The cabin was exactly what we needed for a weekend away! The area overlooking the water was our favorite part with views of sunset and sunrise. The place has a well stocked kitchen with just the right amount of stuff to prepare meals. The owners were great to work with! We left behind an item that they even shipped out to us which we were so appreciative of. Book this cabin! You won’t regret it.”
