"La casa é in un’ottima posizione, a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di San Teodoro. Il personale molto disponibile. Alcuni aspetti meno positivi, sono stati l’assenza di posate/bicchieri/utensili da cucina, poiché eravamo in 3 e per esempio c’era solo un bicchiere o solo 1 cucchiaino. Gli asciugamani facevano odore di umido. Mancava uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie quando venivano lavate e anche un tappeto davanti alla doccia. "Alloggio consigliato per la posizione, vicinissimo alla Cinta beach. Fornito di tutto l'occorrente per un confortevole soggiorno, tranne il forno microonde, con un apprezzabile e vivibilissimo spazio esterno.Qualche pecca nella pulizia, nella doccia e sotto al forno in particolare.Da segnalare che il secondo WC a piano terra è di tipo chimico, quindi da utilizzare con le dovute precauzioni."

"Die Unterkunft war wunderbar und sehr gut gelegen. Marco als Gastgeber war großartig: Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, er war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt zudem sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Gleichzeitig sind sowohl die Stadt als auch der Strand gut erreichbar.Für uns daher eine klare Weiterempfehlung für alle, die eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in San Teodoro suchen. Die Lage ist einfach ideal!"
