"The cleaning lady was nice.
The property pictured in the ads has nothing to do with the crude reality. We expect it a newer construction nicely kept but we found a decrepit old building, the tiles in the common areas uneven, the pool edges have never been brushed. The sea view from the second bedroom was obstructed with construction next door, the glass on the “balcony” was filthy…it’s a shame that you do business with such a horrible place."

"Sugiero que se este más al pendiente de las reservaciones en línea para que la espera en el check-in sea menos; la verdad es que no me agrado mucho que a nuestra llegada la habitación no estuviera lista y que por ello nos hayan dado otra habitación, entiendo que hayan tenido contratiempos pero creo que fueron bastantes en nuestra estancia, ya que también tuvimos escases de agua por no decir nula. Aun así las instalaciones son buenas y cómodas."

"En promedio esta bien. La alberca esta al tiempo, buen detalle.
Nunca nos pudieron pasar bien la contraseña de internet. El cuarto tenia la puerta inchada, super dificil de abrir y cerrar. Su vista al mar es una mini ventana, nada accesible.
Y la ducha indunda el cuarto.
Pero bueno, se esta a gusto sin tomar en cuenta esos detalles"
