Lovely retreat

The condo itself was very nice with everything you need. We enjoyed our stay. The Villas overall were also very pretty and well taken care of. There were an awful lot of rules, perhaps because we were there for Stagecoach weekend. Not sure if always the same. Not allowed to move chairs under cabana for shade for instance. Overall, still a very nice trip.

Great vacation at Legacy Villas

My family of 4 stayed in a 3-bedroom upstairs villa for one week for my kids' spring break. The villa was clean and comfortable and could accommodate 6-8 people. The villa overlooks one of the many satellite pools. On a previous trip to La Quinta, we stayed in a 1-bedroom at the resort. We prefer the extra room and even more laid back feel of Legacy Villas over the resort. Great communication from Dan and Michelle before and during our stay. While the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment we needed, it only had salt and pepper for spices. However, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby to stock up. We would definitely stay at Legacy Villas in the future.

La Quinta stay

Unit itself and bed linens were overall very good. However, the upholstered items in LR and DR really should be replaced in comparison to other units we've stayed in and for the pricing of the unit. The dining chairs are very stained, the sofa is worn and the lounge chairs are really dated and one back on the lounge chair seems like it needs some attention as it's unsturdy. The unit was very clean other than that and the bedrooms were great.

Great family vacation!

The property is wonderful and the villas clean and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The only complaint is the pools are too warm, although it is the middle of August.

Beautiful property and wonderful amenities!

The property is wonderful and spacious and extremely well maintained. There is not one thing I would change about our stay. We have a 4 year old who loved her choice of pools to swim in daily. The main pool has fountains, and a walk in pool that is a dream for little littles! The villa is stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal, relax, and gather. We can't wait to book again!

Beautiful Villa in a lovely location

What a beautiful home! Upstairs unit with 2 balconies that overlook a quiet pool (main pool is a short walk away). Plenty of room, comfortable and everything you need for an enjoyable family vacation. The complex itself is serene and peaceful and the setting (nestled up against the mountains) was a perfect location for walking our dog. Loved that we could bring our dog and the fee was very reasonable. The entire Palm Springs area is very dog friendly which was great. The complex was meticulously maintained with convenient parking and other amenities (garbage, pool, clubhouse, etc). Secure with a guard gate. Michelle was great about getting back to us when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice property but many unexpected fees

We had a nice time and the property is very nice and comfortable but didn't realize there is a large cleaning fee even for just our short 2 night stay-- and they ask you to strip sheets and start the laundry. Also, the website says there is a $20 charge per night for dogs but they charged us $40 per night because we have a 45 lb dog, which we didn't know until we had already paid the rental fee. Add in tax and what we thought was supposed to be $350 per night was actually closer to $500 per night.
