“Second time staying here and it was as perfect as the first time. Excellent, safe, clean and luxurious. There is a nice little food court with food trucks nearby that was perfect for dinner!”

“Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so……

“It was a great stay. Property has both shared rooms and private ones. I had a private one with private bathroom. It was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the owner offers transport for a minimum fee. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Check in was the slowest I have ever experienced. Check in at hotels should be quick and easy after a long travel day.. this was the exact opposite! Paid for a king room and was given a room with 2 queen beds and when I showed my reservation was told it’s because they are full!? I reserved it.. why bother to offer room types if you don’t honour them? The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. The springs were poking into our backs and the mattress was so worn out it was awful. It’s ok……

“We didn't have time for the breakfast, but the front desk staff was not at all helpful when we asked for a shuttle to the airport late in the evening so we could return our rental car. There was a giant cockroach in the bathroom, the vanity was falling apart, and there was mold/ dirt on the bathroom ceiling. ”

“A beautiful property and hotel with a great restaurant, multiple comfy sitting areas and great staff. Shuttle was appreciated. Grocery store across the street. 7 minutes from the airport. ”

“We stayed at the Berlin on our way back to Canada. Spotless room. Really lovely, helpful staff. She booked us an airport taxi for very early the next morning. They were up when we were leaving at 5 am and gave us coffee and a take-out breakfast. We will stay there on our next visit.”
