「The property is very conveniently located, close to the Interstate, and with lots of options to eat nearby. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have a nice lobby with complimentary tea and coffee service, where you can hang out in the evening. This is where they also serve a good breakfast. Even though the beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are very basic and the floors are carpeted, never ideal for hygiene. Worst of all is the bathroom: it is very basic and has a barn...

「1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t.」

「Pros: The room set up for me and my 3 children were very cool with the bunk bed options. It was also cool having the water park tickets come with the stay. Cons: questionable cleaning. Rooms were musty with crumbs all over the floor. The queen bedroom TV was cracked (not able to use at all). Called front desk for assistance 3 times just rang the 1st 2 times and then said no one was available the second time. All food options are no longer operating at the hotel besides the snack shop inside...
