“The home was amazing. We were met at check in and given a tour of the grounds and the house along with the history of the chateau, the frescos, furniture, and books. “The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. “This place is clean, convenient to the highway and attractions in nearby Bern, and has excellent sunset views (we were there in May). Parking is easy and there is a bus stop directly across the street. We even found an outstanding Italian restaurant for dinner and a nice bakery for breakfast within walking distance.Conversely, the beds are just ok. A little soft and low for our tastes and the AC could not be adjusted. We found it warm at night.”

“Hübsche kleine Wohnung im Zentrum von Biel. In wenigen Gehminuten vom Zentrum, der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs liegt diese modern ausgestattete, kleine Wohnung. "Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better. 1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help. 2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules. 3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge. 4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
