「I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

「This resort is definitely dedicated to tourist. The food is mild. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room decor definitely needs updating. They are very discolored. I had this weird issue where at random times of the day the floors would get wet, not sure why. Closet space is extremely small. It is within walking distance of the Marina, where there are much better dining options. Upon arrival, our room was noticeably unclean. The bed sheets and pillowcases appeared stained, and some spots even resembled mold. I requested that the room be cleaned and the linens replaced on the second day of our stay....
