“Was a terrible expirience beacuse in the wasn't air condition, they remodeled the hotel recently and there is an strong painting smeel inside the room, also was not clean i have a video i found a lot of hair in the bathroom, they sent someone to clean but i saw all the hair after they clean. i don't think they have a capable staff, i asked to speak with the manager and he wasn't able to talk to me even by phone throuht the rececionist girl. at the end we decided to left the hotel and we didn't……

“Room was spotless and cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Breakfast was great everyday (but on the last day had to pre-order which was strange). Excellent location Shared terrace with brilliant views, and the opportunity to meet up with the other guests for drinks.(bring your own) Bar and cafe not open which was unexpected.”

“This hotel is perfectly positioned in PDLC near to amenities & the centre of town. Stunning views to Teide. Also it’s right next to the bus station which makes it easy to get around the island. The staff here are very friendly & helpful & always take the time to chat to you - their language skills are excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent quality at both breakfast & dinner with plenty of choice and well presented. The new spa is a welcome addition & reasonably priced. The rooftop……

“There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.”

“Everything was good, except the view. The bedroom was tidy and clean, we had to ask for additional pillows, but otherwise was ok. Sadly they do not supply the safe free, you have to rent the “lock” on a daily charge of €3 with a €20 deposit, refundable when you return it on check-out. As we like a cuppa first thing in the morning, we had to hire a kettle from the hotel as none was supplied in the room, this came with a deposit of €15 also refundable on check-out. We received 2 cups and……
