"Nice small studio but with some issues. Quite a few flies inside when I arrived. This is probably because it's on a farm with sheep.
Found several long hairs in bathroom and on dining table which is gross.
Bedsheet was rough stretchy material.
No soap on arrival and I had to request it from the host.
This sort of basic thing being overlooked is really not acceptable.
The exterior photos do not reflect that a second guest property, called the Naisonette has been constructed next to this...

"Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again."

"Good: location; clean; rapid communication
Bad: 3rd floor (hot inside! 41C one evening)
These things were advertised but did not exist: NO air conditioning; NO couch; NO separate bedroom: 1 bathroom.
Very bad: Host allowed me to extend stay, then required payment in CASH. I had to return to Rouen to leave cash."

"We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very stylish. There was a boulangerie, fromagerie and boucher just a minute away. All excellent.the Musee de Beaux Arts was a 5 minute walk away… the Cathedral a 15 minute walk away… the train station likewise. Lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants.Yes, we really liked the apartment but just a couple of comments…Most importantly…The lock at the entry door to the apartment was a nightmare. The 66 stairs to the apartment were very taxing. We were OK with the...

Every evening at 5:30 she started banging on the ceiling every time I got up to walk. She banged on the ceiling sometimes when I would even shift on the couch. She would bang on the ceiling from 5:30 until I went to bed around 10pm. She then came and banged on my door several times (I do not speak French and did not...
