“Preis-Leistung stimmt. Die Reception und auch das Serviceperspnal sind leider unfreundlich. Herausragend ist Diego, der sehr hilfsbereit ist und sehr nett. Ich wartete somit bis er seine Schicht hatte, um Fragen zu stellen. Denn bei den anderen gab es keine Motivation. Zimmer sind gross (Familienzimmer), Pool ist Standard. Wir hatten keine Mahlzeiten inklusive, was auch gut war. Wir haben einmal da gegessen und ist für uns nicht gut und zu teuer. In der Nähe hat es ein oder zwei gute……

“The hotel manager was amazing. I broke my phone while traveling and he was able to let me use his phone so I could get to my next destination. He was very attentive and gave me suggestions on things to do locally. My favorite part about the hotel was the pool. It has an amazing view and I was the only one at the pool! Highly recommend.”

“I loved the family who own and run Los Gallitos. They are so genuinely friendly -- it made our stay. We tried to stay two nights, and wish we had. The pool was lovely, and the location is perfect for exploring the area around the waterfalls in the mountains. ”

“Mario was a great bird guide, but the tour was only on the property. It would be nice to have night tours and birding trips off the property. The internet service could have been better. The food was good, and the staff was helpful.”

“We enjoyed the cabin; it was perfect for our needs. It might have been nice to have a chair in the cabin. But we were able to sit at the restaurant tables and use the wifi there. so all our needs were met! Thank you ! ”

“Ruben et Yeilyn ont été aux petits soins pour nous.Toujours souriants et disponibles.Ruben nous a fait découvrir les alentours .Nous avons passé 5 h sur sa barque à moteur avec 2 accompagnateurs.3 personnes pour nous deux ;une sortie en toute sécurité.Des arrêts pour observer des animaux et marcher dans la forêt.on a vu des singes,un ara,un crocodile,des grenouilles colorées…Une très belle journée. “Wonderful of the grid adventure! Like visiting family, the host is friendly and knowledgeable. You are right in the jungle with howler monkeys, colorful birds and lush vegetation. Rain on the tin roof at night made sleeping a tranquil experience.”

“It’s a fantastic lodge in the middle of the kungör. The cabins are very rustic, but has electricity and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi in the public building. Good food, wine and beer in the restaurant. Nice tours in the jungle and fantastic personel. If you don’t expect a five star hotel, than you get a five star experience.”
