「Great location and nice layout. Just needs some TLC requiring light maintenance and repairs. Old smart TV in living area that requires updating. Numerous light bulbs out. Lock box should be mounted and not hung on the door handle. It can easily be stolen and opened elsewhere. A keypad entry lock makes more sense. Shower heads should be replaced with an adjusted spray unit. Somebody needs to provide a more critical eye on the condition of the property. 」

「The driveway still had the frame up with boards and nails. I got a screw in my rental tire and have yet to hear from the property manager. The inside was cute and cozy. The neighborhood was questionable. Neighbor to the right was cooking in his front yard in a barrell. Did not stay and left shortly after arriving.」
