“William was very helpful although I wasn’t pleased with his “uber service” and the forex bureau rate. Regardless, he was very helpful and supportive. Thank you, Helena, Margaret, and the young lady who cleaned upstairs. You were all fantastic helping me deal with my ailing mother. To the restaurant staff, you were great! Especially the gentleman at the reception who heated our food and made sure my mum always had enough to eat. Without your kind gesture, I wouldn’t have been able to take care of……

“This being my third visit to Pelican, several of the staff I met earlier greeted me and it was almost like extended family. The physical layout was nice before and even better now. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious; it had a great kitchen and separate place to work at a desk. “First time staying here and it was great. These are apartment hotel rooms that come with microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we needed it. The nearest tro-tro stop is about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and there are taxis driving by constantly. Oxford Street in Osu is maybe a 20 minute walk from the hotel, so very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. We felt safe……
