「Our stay was made extra wonderful by the attentive and helpful receptionist called Francis. He went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciate him. The room was very comfortable, clean, great amenities. We would definitely stay here every time we are in Accra.」

「Staff was very friendly and accomadating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Accra.」

「It was very nice, the room was quite clean, and I didn't encounter any issues. It's a bit annoying that the air conditioners stop working as soon as you leave the room. The breakfast is a bit lacking, there's no buffet, you get a tray with food to the room. The 'dining room' was under renovation while I was there, and the pool, when I first arrived, had green water. But on the third day, they cleaned it and made it clean again.」

「This ended up being a scam. Hotels.com prevented me from cancelling the reservation after I determined it was a scam, so I booked another hotel through another service. I ultimately traveled to Sapphire Court and attempted to view the residence but i was turned away, and told that it was a scam because Sapphire Court would never lease rooms on the internet. Needless to say, if i hadn't booked an alternative room after realizing this was a scam, Hotels.com would have left me homeless in...
