"To clarify. What led me to book at Peravi suites at the signature was the fact that I had stayed at the Signature before and it was good. This time the name " Peravi Suites" was added which I came to find was a management company that managed a two bedroom apartment owned by someone at the Signature building. When I arrived in Accra and texted and called the agent/manager on the WhatsApp number I was given, He said was ambiguous with how I should check in. "

"I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this stay was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The sofas were covered in stains that made it impossible to sit comfortably, and even the ceilings had visible marks and discoloration, which is something you don’t expect to notice—but unfortunately, I did. The bed situation was just as bad, if not worse. What was advertised as a proper bed turned out to be something that looked and felt more like a cramped single bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable, with what seemed like a worn-out mattress that offered no support at all. Getting a decent night’s sleep was out of the question. Overall, the entire experience felt neglected and far below basic standards. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean place to stay."

"Mary was a tremendous help to my trip. She responded quickly to messages I sent to the hotel before I left home and she was a welcoming face when I arrived. All of the staff were kind and helpful. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. If I ever return to Ghana, I will stay at the African Regent Hotel again!"
