“Check-in was great. The reception was friendly and helpful with my ordering of grab food and transport the following day to the airport. First I requested to borrow an extension as there was no power outlet at the desk for me to charge my laptop. Thereafter, I was told none was available. I reported one of the ceiling lights is not functioning. Engineering came and checked, smiled, said okay, and left. Never to return. The shower fixture was leaking. Wall with holes were patched up by stuffing……
