The hotel is very clean and beautiful view of the harbor. It’s convenient walk to restaurants and shopping just next to it. I feel safe walking around the town. The staff are excellent people and very helpful.

Staff were terrific. Very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed truly interested in your stay. The room was large, lots of space to lay out items, bed was large and very comfortable. The balcony was great looking at the harbour and sunsets. The bathroom was well layout everything you needed and a nice rainfall shower. I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

Very nice hotel, exceptional in Luan Bajo! Very very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms, and nice rooftop terrace. Reception has very nice staff who helps with whatever you need. I forgot something in the room and the staff was very helpful to find and bring back to me.

Stunning views, friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Need to book the sea view room - then you dont hear the early morning prayers amd you ger free shittle to the airport and foot massage. The harbor can be noisy, because there are old boats passing by but this did not wake us up. For sure the best hotel in LB!

Friendly staff and very helpful to ensure stay in the hotel is enjoyable to all guests. Good selection choices for the buffet breakfast scenic view oversee the harbour. Had a room with seaview, spacious and clean, only the horn & engine noise from the boats/ships can be a little disturbing otherwise the stay is fantastic. Good job to all staff of Meruorah Komodo LB and will stay in this property again .

The cleanliness of the room and the deliciousness of the food were amazing. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. Many of the staff had great hospitality, but FAISAI in particular had great hospitality.

Pickup and transfer from airport to hotel was fast. All staff I've encoutered are truly friendly and smiling. They allowed me to check in at 12:30, without charging extra. Area around hotel is safe and very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and a plethora of choices for good. Room was exceptionally clean.

Room above the Bar was crazy loud until last 10pm. Hotel staff were helpful in changing Rooms. But lucky that there were rooms available. Do like this place though….

I couldn’t make my mind up where to stay in Labuan Bajo, in the end I chose Meruorah due to its close proximity to town, I was so glad I did. The hotel was amazing, the pictures on Expedia didn’t do it justice. The rooms were large and modern with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was served on the six floor with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating overlooking the harbour. There was so much choice of food with cooking stations and cold food available. The hotel was within easy walking distance to the harbour although all tours offered pick up from the hotel. The only downside I found was the road noise and from the masjid just down the road, the hotel obviously realised this and left earplugs in the room, if I stay there again I would definitely pay the extra for a sea view room so as to be away from this noise. I would highly recommend staying here.
