"Very nice ala carte choise and good coffee"

"I was looking for something inexpensive and convenient, because I was spending limited time in my room- this checked both boxes. Why 4 instead of 5 stars? 1. I had hoped to get some work done but the wifi was having issues. They actually switched things while I was there and everything worked perfectly after that but it was disappointing for what I needed. Also breakfast was included but I knew that when I booked. Review: This was a great location for the price - $53 Canadian for a sea view room aka 3rd floor. Harbour view (I believe 2nd floor) would have been $47 and main floor was much less. The best views are at the rooftop where the restaurant and pool are located. • Two bottles of water in room on arrival • Helpful welcoming staff • Lent me an adapter for my phone • Great views and location - money changer across the street, scuba centers everywhere, incredible massage next door - recommend (hotel guests get a 10% discount) • Pool was a wading pool - knee deep but nice to refresh and enjoy the sunset of harbour views. • Restaurant had great food and lovely service."

"My rating of 5 stars based on knowing I was getting what I was booking. I was flying early the next morning and wanted a stay that was cheap and included breakfast and shuttle to the airport. This checked all those boxes at $39 Canadian for the night • Food at restaurant was reasonably priced and good (85,000 for Nasi Goreng and a Bintang beer- a local beer) • Pool was good and enjoyed the led lighting at night • Rooms were simple and adequate. • Water is complimentary in the restaurant by refill (no bottles in room.) • No mosquito netting in room but I didn’t see mosquitoes in the room. • Town is a bit of a drive and will cost 70,000 for a car so if you want to be in the mix of things this may not be for you but there was a convenience store close by • Tours will include pick up for this location it’s not super far just not in the downtown core"

"The staff are super friendly, loved our daughter and as always in Indonesia were the icing on the cake. Our room did not have blackout curtains which is the only feedback I had for the hotel. "

"This is a clean and good looking place. It’s centrally located and close to restaurants, bars, coffee, etc. Rooftop bar/restaurant is decent and there’s an amazing bar next door but is expensive. Overall I nice clean spot. Water wasn’t very hot if that matters to you, but it’s refreshing after being outside"

"The hotel is very well located. The rooftop restaurant and bar was fantastic. They had live music in the evening which was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone"

"Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. I needed to use a different credit card upon check-in for incidentals, and I provided my passport as a proof of identity. After we checked in, they kept contacting me through the evening, and insisting they needed the credit card though I showed the reservation with the credit card number that matched, they wanted the card. It really ruined my experience and the peacefulness and tranquility this resort offers. They apologized the next evening and offered a free transportation to the airport. They also promised some other gifts, but never received those. Management needs to rework their check in process. This was ridiculous. If the resort wasn’t so nice and the food so amazing I would’ve given this experience a 2. "
