「Clean And cheap hotel. The straff was friendly, but did not allways understand what we asked. The free shuttle to citycenter And the Airport was great as it was about 10 minutes drive from center. The rooms were clean, but that was it. Not anything extra. We stayed for two days to go on a day trip to Komodo national park, And for that purpose it was Okay! 」

「This property is in a really great location. Its within walking distance of really everything you need (tour bookings, shopping, restaurants, atms etc). The restaurant at the hotel was one of our favorites in town. Our only complaint was how noisy this hotel is lol and were not usually one's to care. If you can get past that, it's a great stay. 」

「I book a room with the highest price for the best room. But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room. 」

「Nous sommes arrivés à la date à laquelle nous avions réservé, mais nous n’étions pas attendus, et notre chambre était « occupée ». Du reste, que peu de choses etaient conformes à la description, car nous n’avions ni articles de toilette, ni télé (même si inutile), ni serviettes... Mais la personne qui nous a reçus à avant toute chose cherché à nous vendre ses services alors que nous n’avions rien demandé. Pas hyper rassurés par l’endroit, que peu de taxis connaissent, d’autant plus que la porte...

「Habíamos reservado y pagado una noche en este hotel hacia 2 meses. Cuando llegamos nos dicen que esta todo completo, y nos quieren ofrecer una habitación en otro hotel de calidad inferior. Al protestar y no aceptar estas condiciones, no comentan de otro hotel de calidad equivalente al Cahaya prometiéndonos que tiene lavabo interior. Al llegar al mismo hotel, comprobamos que el lavabo no es interior en un lugar como Labuan Bajo con riesgo de malaria. Al volver a protestar a la propietaria,...

「Sanitaires déplorables..Surface minuscule et sale, tout juste la place pour les wc et la douche vis à vis . Le pire est que que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas. on nous met à disposition une bassine en plastique et une épuisette.... Pour la chambre je ne peux rien dire du fait que nous y avons pas passé les deux nuits prévues et payées d'avance.Nous sommes partis ilico chercher un autre hôtel. 」
