「It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV. Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport.」

「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. 」

「Location is good and near the train station, but everything you need to pay and expensive to get, no kettle no hot water, no luggage room.」

「What an amazing stay! Harbourlodges well exceeded our expectations! Everything was spotless! Easy to find, communication was amazing! Thank you again for such a great stay, we will be back and recommend to anyone we know traveling to Amsterdam! Easy access to the train station and shopping!」

「Clean rooms. Spacious. Had a view. Nice bed. Liked the kitchenette. Location was good, in a safe and clean area, a little bit outside of old town. Staff was helpful. Liked the 24h front desk. They let us use the shower room post check-out before heading to the airport, which was great.」

「The hotel was very clean. We stayed for 4 nights and booked a family room with one queen-size bed and two single beds, which was perfect for our family of 4. There are several supermarkets nearby, and a large shopping mall is about a 10-minute walk away, so it’s very convenient for shopping and getting food. The transportation is also quite convenient, as there is a metro station right next to the hotel. The hotel provides housekeeping and fresh bed linen every 3 days, which I think is a very...

「The room with 2 bedrooms apartments is not too big, but the cooking amenities is good to use. The hotel location is a little bit worse due to the road construction, no wonder how long will it take. And the hotel didn’t told us before we check in, that we should find the way to arrived. Check in process is also not really necessary.」
