“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous!
The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night.
In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to.

“Well the room was okay for the price, everything was clean and neat except the fan which was not cleaned for months in-fact it was not starting. We texted, called but on one replied. We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00

“My stay at ROOM 106 with its perfect pillows and bedding was delightful. The room had comfortable natural light and a beautiful river view. It's just a 5-minute walk to the nearest supermarket, with a safe and smooth path. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom featuring heated floors — essential during Amsterdam's winter. “Spacious clean room with spacious bathroom, The hotel is close to number 19 GVB tram station, and about 15minutes walk to Sloterdjik station. There’s not much eatery around, may be that’s why is very quiet at night.
Bed is comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The hotel is upgrading all mattresses from 2025.9.29, so hopefully they upgrade the pillows as well. Breakfast is great for €18.”
