“Prefect location, quiet but convenient”

“住宿附近有很多商店及超級市場,距離中央車站只有兩個火車站，交通尚算便利！房間空間充足及整潔！職員有善”

“The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous! The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night. In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to. ”

“We had a really pleasant stay at the Best Western Zaan Hotel. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Location is good and near the train station, but everything you need to pay and expensive to get, no kettle no hot water, no luggage room.”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hauptsächlich haben wir das Zimmer zum Schlafen und Frühstücken genutzt, dafür hat es voll und ganz gereicht. Der Weg zum Bahnhof dauert auch nur 10 Minuten, was sehr praktisch ist. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite findet man viele Restaurants und Bars. Schade ist nur, dass man keine Parkplätze seitens des Hotels hat. Wir würden dieses Zimmer nochmal buchen wenn wir in die Niederlanden wollen! ”

“Well the room was okay for the price, everything was clean and neat except the fan which was not cleaned for months in-fact it was not starting. We texted, called but on one replied. We made the complaint at 3:00 and received a replacement at 12:00 On the same night around 3 in morning the electricity stopped working we thought it was a general problem but after coming back to the hotel at night we found out it was only our room that had this problem we asked for anything but no one replied i……

“The transport links were very good, and the local area was beautiful, much nicer than the city. Our room had a lovely big window and was light and airy, a comfortable bed and decent shower. I would recommend that if you struggle with stairs avoid rooms 8 and 9, the stairs to our room were very steep.”

“There was occasionally an unpleasant odor when opening the dishwasher in the kitchen, and the ventilation could be improved. At times, there was no hot water available during showers for one day. We lived for 5 days. However, the staff were very friendly, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. ”

“To stay is wonderful! Stylish interior, bed is very comfortable, furniture in the state is very nice! The room is all well equate! The view from the big window is absolute nice.”
